Chopstone Property Group
Chopstone was established to encourage, empower and enable more women to take the leap and enter the world of construction and property development.
Founder and visionary, Molly Chopra, had been working in IT, a heavily dominated male industry, for over 20 years. During her time in the sector, she made it her personal mission to help other women gain the knowledge and the skill set needed to work equally and succeed amongst the opposite sex.
Taking her passion for property and construction and her drive to see more women take a seat at each table a decision is made, Molly established Chopstone Property Group.
Molly is well underway in her first property construction project, the West Street Apartments. By taking the 'learn by doing' approach and sharing her journey across her social media channels, Molly hopes to encourage other women to benefit from her experience and undertake a property project of their own, uninhibited by the fact that it was previously a primarily male-dominated sector that could be intimidating to women.
Molly believes that by highlighting the ups-and-downs and ins-and-outs of managing a property project first-hand from a woman's perspective, she will help to bridge the gender gap and give other women confidence to follow in her footsteps and achieve the success they aspire for and are more than capable of achieving.
Chopstone is set to make the property industry a more equal and diverse place for women to be.

Current Projects
The West Street apartments project is a mixed use semi-residential and commercial. We acquired it in February 2020 with planning gain for four flats. In April 2020, things went into lockdown. During this time, we re-evaluated the scope by increasing it to seven flats, whilst keeping the commercial unit as it is.
We plan to start the build in Spring 2024!
